Landmine Single Leg RDL (Romainian Deadlift)

I love performing single leg RDL's versus two legged versions as I personally find it more effective on my glutes and hamstrings. Unilateral/single leg strength training comes with great benefits which I have wrote about in a previous post. Using the landmine variation is a nice offset loading pattern that will also challenge your core stability. I first learned this version from personal trainer Ben Bruno who always comes up with excellent variations of exercises. I have cycled this particular exercise in my strength training plan on many occasions.
