I think my problem was missed... I am renewing. But it won't come up as "individual" in the selection box process since I already have individual. Only Agency and Corporation come up. There is no clear path for renewal. I have 90 days...

Hello, i was renewing my application. CRJMC i received is password protected pdf. I applied with both ways by uploading Password pdf and after rejection Applied by removing password but still they send a letter that missing information or wrong information with crjmc. Any suggestions

Hello, i saw your video for my exam preparation, and i passed, thanks.
But last night i paid the $80 for the license like you showed above, and the system said my application was submitted, but the payment is still not reflected on my bank account even after 20 hours (checking through app). I am worried I'm gonna get some error later, wasting my time.
Any possible solutions/ suggestions ? Thank you.

In the full video there is no space to add the garenter form, for fresh applicant. It is not required after they updated it ?
