DJI Osmo pocket 2 creators edition! My review and video comparison to GoPro.

I recently got the DJI osmo pocket 2 camera. I wanted to put out a review of my opinions and put up some video examples of the pocket 2 compared to my GoPro 8.

I didn't explain very well, there is an optional 15 mm lens for wider shots that comes included in the creator combo pack. It's magnetically attached over the factory lens.

I loved the range test from... the toilet. I've seen a few other people just walk away from it, but your demo takes the biscuit. Very funny, including the bloopers at the end. One very important feature of this camera is the excellent on-board sound, in surround stereo if you have it set for that (in the Pro mode settings). For me, it's one of the key features - the sound makes it like you're really there in the scene. And, if it's not too windy, it's fine for vlogging without needing to use the wireless mic.

Cool video!!! I went thru so many unboxings of the pocket2's, they are super repetitive. There are very few reviewers who actually tested the mic's range. And I also can't find anyone who actually runs with Pocket 2 to test the gimbal ...

hello ....microphone is "line of sight". no big deal. they are all that way. I have question. I'm considering buying one, but I'm hearing all kinds of complaints about activation issues. I have android phone. i understand you have to activate Mimo app on phone before Pocket 2 will work without phone, and yes give DJI info and register with them. My question is connectors to my android phone. It seems it can't be done. and there are a lot of complaints that even when it connects with right connectors, the thing don't work with their server all the time. You have an Android phone? mine has cord with mini and USB c normal connector at other end. how do you connect mini from phone to connector on Pocket 2? thanks
