Second E. Jean Carroll lawsuit against Trump kicks off today

Another of the many legal cases against Donald Trump is kicking off today in Manhattan as a jury will hear arguments in the second defamation lawsuit filed against Donald Trump by E. Jean Carroll.

She's the writer who accused Trump of sexually assaulting her in a department store dressing room back in 1996. Last May, a jury awarded her $2 million over the assault and $3 million for defamation.

This case is the result of him losing the first time and going on CNN Town Hall the very next night and repeating his defaming of her.
