It's hilarious to see people at grocery stores with these on, constantly readjusting them while touching everything in the store including the carts, touching their faces and hair more, taking the mask off and putting the same one on. It's like people have no concept of how germs work. Like they're only floating through the air.

First he says she could potentially breathe in droplets. Then he says the mask effectively stops her from touching her face. Then he says her mask looks fine to him. So which is it? Does it just look fine to prevent face touching or what?

One of my drivers at work is using a paper towel tied to his face with strings.

If you are creative, you can make a bunch of them from a Forced Air intake filter, a two liter bottle and some string or rubber bands. People with forced air return heating, may have a spare 3M ( 16" × 20" × 1" ) Electrostatic High Performance Air Filter laying around, that they can cut the diameter of a pop bottle circle out of, for several filter interchangeable pads, but cutting the plastic bottle takes finesse, and fabrication skill to form over the face, melting the sharp edges with a lighter, and fitting the pad into the top of the bottle, keeping the bottle neck open, or with half screwed on lid if your not active. I haven't tried this yet, its just an idea...use the cut out bottom of the bottle, to pressure fit the filter snug, of coarse punch 5 or 6 holes in bottom piece, before pressure fitting it, taping to the insided or using glue stick.

You can use a normal bandana with a clear plastic shield that covers your face around both sides and down to the chin.
Amazon sells hats with face shields and fishing hats with face covers.
They also sell visors that adjust to pull down over the face.
Balkavas and tube bandanas can also be worn under a shield, it might be possible to fold the tube bandana to fit a PM2.5 filter between the folds for a little added protection.

Reserved for those who know how to use them? Thank you for having such faith in our ability to wear a mask. Guess what Doc? Medical professionals aren't the only people familiar with face masks! Geez. How condescending.

Btw a simple bandanna will cover your nose and mouth and you can adjust it so you're not constantly trying to get it back on your face like the rubber band thingy.
