👆🏻Save this quick & yummy makhana recipe which has insane health benefits!!!
Ingredients:
Makhana- 1 cup
Curd- 300 gms
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Chopped coriander
Method:-
1) Dry roast the makhanas in a pan on a low flame.
2) In a bowl, take fresh curd and whisk it till a smooth consistency appears.
3) Add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder and mix well.
4) Just before serving, add 1 cup of makhana and chopped coriander. Mix gently and the delicious makhana raita is ready to serve.
You can eat this nutritious raita in lunch or dinner along with enough carbs and calories leaving you satiated for the day.
