Even when they change tactics of handling money, there's always a bandit on the inside who is willing to put innocent people's lives at risk for greed. No criminal would have known that the man carrying a bag was the money handler as they did try to play dummy with the white van and the trolley, and yet they still managed to get to the target.

I hear many people saying that things would be different if the security guard had a gun.
1. This is a inside job, I don’t think the insider rat would’ve missed to tell the robbers that the guard has a gun.
2. What tends to happen when a guard has a gun is they take him out before he or she ever gets a chance to take them out. Death so fast !
