I paid for this product in 2018, and I've sent multiple emails and chats for all the different names they've had. LeSlide, Portabl, the portable monitor, and I'm sure I'm missing one. As far as I can tell this is one of the biggest scams that is still operational. I just finished talking to support and their answer was the same "We'll fulfill your order by the end of the year". I would highly recommend to investigate your sponsors a bit more in the future, otherwise people will think you're part of the scammers...

BEWARE -- I ordered 2x Slides on February 3, 2023 and still have NOT received them. Customer service keeps promising delivery but have not. Anybody else experiencing this???

Ordered it 3 weekd ago to Zurich, Switzerland, apparently delivery issues, back and forth with customer support (arleast they're "responsive". They are NOT willing to simply CANCEL my order and give me a REFUND, they want me to wait on the order, fill out a form and PAY to send it back. Apparently this got escalated to the MANAGEMENT, never heard anything. Something about this is really weird, don't let a pretty social media page fool you. I have proof on anything I just said. Also, everything is on SALE all the time, but joke on you, if you buy something on sale, different return policies apply! It's ridiculous. Do as you wish guys, but I just LOST 162$.

Worst company EVER. I also was stupid enough to order from them. Multiple delays, multiple lies promising me a refund they never delivered. BEWARE. There is a reason they don't allow comments on any of their YouTube video. Do you research. Plenty of online stories the same as mine.

They are scam, don't buy that.
You'll probably never receive it or in like 10years. Bought mine in 2019, still waiting.
And it was a 17" screen, that were supposed to be fixed on the computer, not with stickers., And not a 13"
And then when asking the money back they say 3 weeks. I asked 6 month ago .
