We looked at about 89 houses last year. 😐. But the thing i realized is the newer looking homes always lacked character and trees! Like no trees at all in the huge backyard but in the summer in texas we would have never been out there. So we gravitated more toward the older homes that had been structurally updated if that makes sense. Happy hunting! 😊

The last one was Epic for a growing family, I’m sure you guys will find your perfect home, will this be your Forever Home because that makes a difference in choosing the right home just as much, remember the boys are going to grow and eventually won’t need a huge backyard.
