Many of my friends worked in various catering establishments during their university years. None of them eat out now. They only eat what they have cooked themselves or what they have seen cooked.

Saw the same thing in Thailand. The only difference was that she was using the knife that she would also later use to cut up the jar of garlic cloves next to her.

You're going to save a lot of money when you realize far worse than this is happening in restaurants.

I saw the exact same thing when I walked into a Chinese restaurant a few years ago. Me and the guys worked next door and would go over there at lunch. She lost a ton of business that day. Once I got done spreading the word about that.

Went to a posh Chinese restaurant that used to be in our town. One of the waiters spent the entire evening picking his nose. We laughed because he wasn't serving our table, but looking back, the fact that none of the other staff or owners were bothered by it?!? Also, I went out with friends to our local curry house. I am a bit of a lightweight with hot stuff, so I ordered a korma. The guys all teased me, saying that I wouldn't want it if I knew what made ir creamy. I thought they were being gross and a bit racist. I found a hair in my curry, they all screamed with laughter. I was so hungry, I thought well it could have been mine. Had some more. Then found 3 more. They were all dark, thick and curly. I just about puked, and left early. As I was leaving (I was 21 female and fairly good looking), some of the cooks and waiters gathered by the exit to stare and giggle at me as I left - really creepily. I was physically sick and have never eaten in an Indian restaurant again. I am not racist, I have Indian friends, most are female.

She had her phone on the cutting board. That's a health code violation

They always do it, one of the many times I have gone to the grocery store in my country and the Chinese woman was wiping her feet when I was going to pay for the groceries, I almost left without buying, but I needed it, luckily it was only canned

I just don't get it. I worked in factories in Russia, downtime was not uncommon, but no one thought of cutting their toenails or doing something like that in their free time, although no one would have been against it, since we did not produce anything edible.
SO WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THIS IN THE WORKPLACE WHERE FOOD IS PREPARED!?
Has anyone checked whether these people have a parasite in their heads that would push them to infect others? I just don't understand why they do this.

😂😅 I've worked in a few Hotel and pub kitchens my advice is be very careful how you complain about your food if you want it replaced 😅😂😊
