It took me about half the time because I was stuck in the early 80s. But Driving Miss Daisy opened during the last couple weeks of the decade.

3 times now I've gotten the Final when no one else did. 3/3 when no one knows, I like the sound of that.

I never watched that movie but guessed right. Knowing the names of all the 80s movies that won best picture helped. And the sadistic side of me enjoyed the sequel, Driving Over Miss Daisy.

My first guess was Sophie's Choice and then I thought of Driving Miss Daisy. Never seen either onebut remember those from my teen years.

I don't know too many "off-broadway" shows from the 80s that became films... I went with "Little Shop of Horrors".

My guess was On Golden Pond. Looking it up, Henry Fonda and Kathrine Hepburn won best actor & actress, and it won for screenplay (based on a play), but Jane Fonda didn't win, although she was nominated, for best supporting actress. 1981. So very close.

We know the Brian wouldn't make in Tournament of Champions. Since we know he'd get stumped within Final Jeopardy with three contestant. Has anyone think Brian almost has the same mustache within one of the Australian German political army in WW1 and WW2.
