In Canada you can’t wear any makeup, your hair has to be back, and your bangs HAVE to be tied back. Also they do a test on your face wear they use like a tissue and see if u have any make up on 😢

Generally for identification photos you shouldn’t do any feature changing makeup (contour, widening eyes, overlining lips, etc) because these features are what they use to identify you and if you are not wearing the makeup they most likely will think it’s not the same person the difference with when you’re wearing makeup in person n not the ID photo vs the other way around is that in person they can tell you’re wearing makeup and factor that into if you would look like your ID without it

As someone who works in a DMV, I can confirm that looks like these do turn out quite well. A tip for a good pic, do not tilt your head back or to the side. Keep your chin at a natural level and relax. Don't forget to smile either

I’m pretty sure you’re not allowed to wear makeup for your drivers licence in Australia ( where I live) because it jeopardises the sincerity of someone’s face for an ID check
Edit:(I’m only turning 16 in like a few months so I’m not actually sure I just know that no one I know has had makeup on and I pretty sure my mum said at some point you weren’t supposed to although I may be wrong) <3
