If a Ynn River worshipper takes over all of the Dragon worshipping region they kill the Dragon and conver the region by decision to riverworshippers. Means you might be in a race against time to reach them before Malacnar kills your god (no idea if that affects the mission tree though).

Kobolds are indeed a long-lived species. Their relatively low typical lifespans is usually due to accidental deaths (often trap related) or nasty run ins with adventurers, not any biological limitations.

Drakes in DnD are wingless dragons that range from cat sized to cow sized some a bit bigger. Some have venomous bites, red drakes can breathe fire like red dragons, stone drakes have extra hard hides etc.

You have to play Taychendi Empire once you get to Ruinborn. It's such an insane, vainglorious mission tree, and Taychend in general has one of the best early gameplay loops around!

oh, fun fact about crown colonies: the gold thing is actually a global modifier for you, and not per colony, so you gold fleets from everywhere increase per every crown colony with the gold investment, even if the colony itself has no gold anywhere
