I want to hear and see that athletes are getting everything they need to maximize on their bodies' full potential. Which includes being able to adjust, adapt, respond and recover to any and all situations internally and externally. Personally and professionally in the most efficient way that is humanly possible. In layman's terms with the right precautions their bodies could be functioning 50% more efficiently. Probably more, especially if they had the right precautions during their peak growing years of physical, mental, social and emotional development. Considering the mass majority of the population more so here in America, is quite content living and dying off having only used the smallest percentage of a fraction, of the true potential they were first born with basically neglecting ones physical freedom from the inside out! Their entire life. even worse, this lack of care has been exacerbated and intensified by global pollution which has diminished the quality of life for all worldwide, only getting worse with each and every breath.
