Did not know of this machine as I left the Kawasaki dealership in NY in '79 for a relocation to the Midwest where I grew up. First KX125s I recall were warmed over KE125s with a rotary valve engine design, this is so advanced in comparison. It's such a far cry from the 1967 Kawasaki F21M that I rode when the dealership got one - it was barely a production model and had footrest location problems for me as well. Don't know if any of those ever made it to Europe, they certainly weren't up to par for international motocross riding.
