My dad used to have a '59 Chevy Parkwood Station Wagon. Wish we kept it. They are so rare to see these days. Thanks for posting!

As a proud owner of a 08 Magnum SRT8, glad to see this OG is represented at least as a pretty rare production. There were only 232 Magnum SRT8s produced in 08, and only 29 in my color so its a def a keeper.

I was at a local show a few years back and someone brought a 58 Packard wagon with factory supercharger. Now THAT was a rare wagon.

There were some SS station wagons most of them were chase cars for drag strip competitors. Some of them were show cars for dealerships. But they did make them. I was alive to see it.

Wagons were stylish unlike suv and mini vans of today

Why does the picture of the vista cruiser list it as 57-60 when it was a late 60s product?

The 1957-58 Oldsmobile Fiesta and Buick Caballero are four door, V8. hardtop wagons. They are certainly at least as attractive as the Nomad and rarer. IMO

A little disappointing no mopars from the 50's. Most are super rare, all powerful wagons, many were super luxurious. Town&Country, Explorer, Custom Sierra and Sports Suburban. Many of the Town&Country and Explorer's came with front and rear AC from 1957 on. And of course many mopars of the fifties were factory fitted Hemi's giving real muscle! Thank keep up the great video's

Sounds like this young man wasn't around for these. Check out the two Car & Driver 'Boss Wagons' made in the mid sixties, one a Plymouth Suburban, the other a Vista-Cruiser. Great reading.

I drove my bosses 1960's wooden paneled station wagon, maybe squire, I forget, I step on the gas and holy shit, I didn't know, it looked like grandmas car, think it was a 428 or 9 cobra jet. It was a blast.

I'm surprise you left out the 1958 Edsel Roundup. Roundup was a 2 door wagon. It came standard with a 361 FE V-8 With a 4 barrel carb.

The mustang 5.0 motor instead of the 1966 powerplant. 352 and up.
Those motors had no fuel injection and were big blocks.
