President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump were in full campaign mode over the weekend, with Biden hosting a star-studded fundraiser in Los Angeles while Trump campaigned in the battleground state of Michigan. NBC’s Hallie Jackson reports for TODAY on the rules just announced for their first debate in the 2024 election season.
