Very unprofessional. He himself doesn’t understand many provisions of Evidence Act. This Act needs much deeper understandings of its context and relevancy to which he’s totally blind. Please don’t make people fool out of your over confidence by pretending that you know it, you’re interpreting many sections wrongly for God’s sake .

Till the first two years of law degree the law was very hard and tough to me as i never got the guidance and teachings like Sir Umer. During the last year i.e. 3rd year under the shadow of Sir Umer my opinion regarding Law has been totally changed from tough to easiest one. Its all because of Sir Umer Allah Pak give him Jaza and blessings as well.

Excellent style of teaching. I did my LLB long time back in 1986. Then after qualifying the CSS exam joined the Income Tax Group, now known as IRS. I did not get a chance to practice law. Now after retirement, I wanted to once again study law. Someone suggested this site on You Tube and I am very happy to listen to these lectures. All the past read topics have again refreshed in my mind. As a tax administrator, we also dealt with laws at Tribunal and High Court level, but that was confined only to tax laws. The legal canvas at civil and criminal laws is very much broad here. Dear sir, I am really impressed with your way of teaching. You have once again made me well versed in the law of evidence
