Keto lemon bars!!!

Hello my name is Amy Lynn and welcome to my channel. This channel is a place to hang out and have some fun. I don’t know about anyone else but I hate to cook I do love to eat though, But as a mom of 3 I don’t have a choice because taking them out to dinner is expensive!!! So with that being said I made this channel so that I could post videos showing some simple recipes that my family enjoys and also some that are new to us because I like to eat new foods that I find on Pinterest lol. There is a twist though I am currently on the Keto diet and I have just started so I’m only about a week in. I have about 60-70 lbs to lose. So I’m going to be showing you how you can be on the Keto diet and making your kids a separate easy meal during the week. I do not want my kids on the Keto diet because they are kids and do not need to lose any weight. I will be feeding my kids some of my Keto meals but they will not be going into Ketosis. Also my husband is not trying to lose weight he is trying to bulk up so he will be eating what I make the kids for dinner. I also cook for my husbands best friend who comes over to eat several times a week. So I am feeding 6 people 3 adults and 3 children.
