Interestingly enough, the 1983 Alvin and the Chipmunks cartoon was also on Nickelodeon back in the 90's with it being on there from roughly 1993-1995. Around that same time, another Nick show called Weinerville (created by Mark Weiner AKA the voice of Swiper and the Map from Dora) had segments from the 1960's Alvin Show play during episodes as well.

Alvin would then move to Cartoon Network around 1996-97 and stay there until 2002
