Some added context for that "Indians have poopoo in their brains" line (that one was from Congratulations by the way, not the other song):

So that line is actually part of a whole section where they're schooling T-series on what the word "defamation" actually means. Because what happened is apparently T-series had sent them a "cease and desist" paper accusing them of Defamation of T-series, and apparently that paper was HILARIOUS because whoever wrote it didn't seem to actually know what the word "defamation" was and meant. So it was an entire thing accusing them of defamation...without understanding what defamation actually was. And so Pewds and his collaborators on that song didn't take it seriously at all and wrote this whole section of the song making fun of them and schooling them on what defamation actually is. That part of the song was saying "That's not defamation, silly. Telling you to hold your defecation isn't defamation. Telling you to eat my pickle isn't defamation. Even saying a blatant ridiculous racist lie like 'Indians have poopoo in their brains' STILL isn't _defamation."_ So that's the whole point of that line.
