Coca-Cola is not officially available for sale in North Korea and Cuba due to long-standing U.S. trade embargoes with these countries. The United States has maintained economic sanctions against both nations for decades, which limits many American products, including Coca-Cola, from being sold there.

However, in practice, it is possible that Coca-Cola might still be available unofficially through smuggling or third-party imports in limited quantities, particularly in Cuba, where there has been some easing of restrictions in recent years. But, as of now, North Korea and Cuba are among the very few places in the world where you cannot easily find Coca-Cola on store shelves.
