How Much Was I Paid in August? [Trading 212 Dividends | Real Estate | Premium Bonds]

This is my August 2024 passive income update from my Trading 212 dividend stock portfolio, premium bonds and real estate investments.

Thank you for sharing! Trading 212 will decrease the interest from 5.2% to 5% from the 9th of september. I Pound cost average as well but I deposit 20k at the beginning of the new tax year to take advantage of the interest within the ISA and I deposit 1600 every month into a GIA to build up the deposit for next fiscal year and still getting an interest... I love Trading 212 for this opportunity!

What do you do with the rental income? Do you use the income or reinvest into over oaying the mortgages?

Hey mate, great to see another update, hoping I can do similar as I've recently gotten a decent pay raise and i'm looking to increase my contributions into my S&S ISA. Just wondering (apologies if you've answered 12938 times before) how comes you have some cross over with your ETF's? You've got the 3 Vanguard shares with all world creating a lot of overlap between the other vanguard and both invesco S&P 500 and Vanguard S&P 500, secondly how comes you went for a distribution rather than acc? Just to see it come in and have greater control of where those dividends go I'm guessing? Look forward to next month!

Do you own and rent your properties out wrapped in a LTD company? - I see you state you have a profit of £976.85 after mortgage costs but your tax bill will be based on £976.85+£651.20 - correct? In which case your profit is going to be rather hammered ( one of the many reasons I no longer am in privately held BTL) - but this is not the case if through a LTD company where you can still for some unknown reason offset the mortgage interest cost as a tax deductible expense. If you are not, you might want to look at LTD companies if you are going to do any further property investing. Great update - keep it up.
