Humble congratulations to the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
In our judicial system, lower courts and district courts are primary justice systems.
And it's a beautiful initiative.

Your Excellency Madam President highlighted two very important issues.

1-The judicial process that has been going on for years is a matter of great concern.

2-Qualitative standards in the adjudication process.

The root cause of these two problems is the lack of proper information in the judicial process.

The police is called the mirror of the judiciary

and "SP and DM" are responsible for managing this police system and building the relationship between the common people and the government.

Herein lies the main problem.

The Indian Constitution gives a much higher page of power to the government than to the judiciary at the state level, .

As a result of misuse of constitutional powers by state governments, the administrative pillars are weakened and hence the judicial system is also in disarray.

For example - almost all the high courts of the country are reminding the police and administrative directors of their failure to perform their duties every moment.

Hon'ble President, Hon'ble Supreme Court, Parliament, Central Government Cabinet all of you need to jointly find a solution to this malady.
