Just so you know the reason why one side of the block keeps on disappearing is because the way the Minecraft is coded is that so that there's less lag the "top" of the texture for a block disappears when you put a block on top of it the same at the bottom for the block that you put on top, however when you rotate the block.json file it doesn't realize that it's rotated and just keeps that one side of the one to disappear, so it's going to be difficult to fix
