It is the best keto pizza I’ve ever had. I served to family members and they raved about it. They had no idea that it wasn’t a crust made of wheat. You can even pick it up like a normal pizza and eat it. It’s amazing.

Thanks for this recipe. made it in my air fryer, but I used ground chicken from thighs I put in the blender because that's what I had. The "crust" is so juicy and tender, tastes great.

I just tried this recipe its doable but I definitely recommend making the chicken a bit more crispy for those who like a bit more texture to it. Otherwise it was fine.

I have left over chicken in the freezer from making chicken bone broth. I chopped it up added a nice ground Parmesan and an egg, it is my best chicken pizza crust so far, the perfect solution for my leftover frozen chicken pieces. Love your wonderful ideas Maria I am strictly carnivore, being able to make a bacon and procuito pizza is wonderful, it is even better the next day. Thank you. ❤

Only thing is that the easy way to make it or have some around is to buy chicken flour and from what I've see is its about 30.bucks for a small bag of the stuff .

In this recipe you mentioned one pound of chicken to 1 cup of parm, but on your website the recipe states 2 cups of parm to the same amount of chicken.
