How to Fix Panasonic SMART TV Not Connecting to Internet || Panasonic TV won't connect to Internet

I cannot connect my Panasonic Viera TV to the Internet. I have tried resetting the router several times and re-setting the TV to factory settings, but I can't get beyond access to the 'home network'. Help!

My DNS was on manual, I've changed it to auto and it had worked 🙌 been using a chrome cast for two years to connect this TV to the Internet 🙈 thank you!

Thank you, I did a hard reset like : power off TV from the button behind for 60'' and that works, I have again internet on 42AS600 TV

No use at all. There's a fault in these Panasonic sets, constantly drops internet connection. I had to disconnect mains and ethernet - wait - reconnect then add all passwords to access iPlayer etc. What a pain.

I lost the internet connection on my Panasonic OLED. No matter how hard I tried I could not see my Wireless Network.

I know they existed as my laptop, tablet and phone 📱 clearly picked up all signals.

I could not make the Panasonic TV smart!

Please do the following and trust me it worked for me.

Go to Settings and simply RESET to factory (when moving home!)

Now try connecting.. 😊

Then HEY Presto you will connect to Wifi and TV 📺 comes alive, 😉❤️

OK you loose all your settings of Apps, Netflix etc, Freeview but at least you get Wifi and can configure the others by re-tuning!

I changed the wireless access point to 5G channel and my problem solved... Reset and changing Dns didn`t work for me. Very wired problem and never happened before. Incase someone using 5g router can`t fix the problem, try this.
