Home In DTLA
This home is 1,620 square feet, and it's a Japanese mid-century modern style. At ground level, you'll find an open concept livingroom, with a kitchen and dining area, as well as a guest bedroom, with an adjoining suite.

The home's living spaces feature double height ceilings, with large windows. In the Kitchen area  the countertop is a really large concrete slab, that can also function as a dining table.

There's an architecturally geometrical wooden staircase, which leads to the home's office, and main bedroom, on the upper floor. The staircase is made of fabricated panels, leading to white walls light woods and natural furnishings, that make this upper space seem bigger than it is. The bathroom walls are a beautifully finished textured concrete.

Home In Palm Springs
The minimalist mid-century architecture of this home, blends beautifully with the surrounding boulders and cacti. The color palette for this home's interior, was to intentionally link the home to the surrounding desert. It's sage greens, dusty pinks and sandy browns, form a muted palette that blends beautifully.

The natural tones and rich interior textures, create a serene look. Everything is on one level. The home overlooks picturesque landscapes that can be enjoyed from either of the four bedrooms, and large living space. A swimming pool area with paved terrace, is perfect for the harsh summer heat associated with Palm Springs.
