when i try to screen record in pdf it is only recording screen my logo is not coming

there is an echo on the video after i recorded it and replayed it that wasnt there when I recorded it, how do we remove it.

There is no way for me to contact anyone for assist. It just booted me out mid recording and wont let me log in or anything. What is going on? I am pretty upset right now.
