This was from the third night in a row of The Ultimate Queen Celebration’s short run at Sala Nezahualcoyotl, in Mexico City. Every night, the crowd got louder than the one before. I’ve started closing our shows with “Love Of My Life.” It’s a nice change from the standard, bombastic triumph of “We Are The Champions.” I think I’ll be doing this for a while.

Marc Martel is Freedie himself back to us all! I even have resemblance or traits that remind him! Simple, calm, very safe and capable of reproducing with total originality what the great star did, in fact, he even plays with his vocal and instrumental bass guitars, perfect! Holy shit. Marc is a dead ringer for Freddie here. I usually notice the difference between the two singers, no matter the degree of Marc's closeness with Freddie's voice. But this is magical. Marc usually sings like the 70's Freddie, with lots of falsettos and smooth transition. Here he sings with that full rasp and growl, like the 80's Freddie would, with the added nuances brought on by his live performances. Kudos Marc. I like this singing style better imo.
