I'm not sure about the iPhone and Samsung but my Sony Xperia 1 VI can shoot 4K, 120fps, in Rec.2020 across all lenses. 0.7x, 1x, 3.5 - 7.1x. I have sample shots taken when I went to the aquarium. They are pretty crisp and really detailed despite being filmed in very low light. It's so sad that YouTube doesn't allow image and video comments.

Out of 100 photos 70 are from main camera 20 of them are videos and only 10 are selfies, macro and zoom photos. So I dont think its fair to assign equal points for all these categories.

From the comments, I’ve noticed one thing: many people seem to rely on social media reels that either glorify Android or criticize iPhone, just to gain views and engagement. Here's the truth based on my own research and experience as a flagship owner. I own both Samsung and iPhone devices.

First, it's important to note that Samsung also had its share of issues right after the release of the Galaxy S24. The device faced several software bugs during its early months. Now, it’s been almost a year since its release, and the developers have had time to fix most of those issues. As a result, the S24 is now one of the best phones available, thanks to the optimizations made post-launch.

When it comes to the iPhone 16, I’m not here to glorify it like some content creators. The iPhone’s camera capabilities are top-notch. However, the iPhone 16 has been hit hard by poor software updates, which have held it back. Both Samsung and iPhone tend to face similar issues after launch, but over time, updates help to smooth things out. Perhaps in the future, Apple will be able to compete better with the S24 or even the upcoming S25 as the software evolves as their hardware is well capable of doing it.

I also own an older iPhone, and to be honest, the recent software updates have degraded its performance. On the other hand, I also have a midrange Samsung phone, and Samsung deserves credit for consistently rolling out solid software updates lately. I’m not a fan of AI features that heavily alter photos; I prefer natural details over AI enhancements. While AI has its place, it should be used proportionally, not excessively, like some YouTube creators do just for clicks.

As for Samsung’s future, they are moving to a subscription-based model for AI features around 2025. Right now, these services are free, but with the growing load on Samsung’s servers, this may change to earlier dates. iPhone might follow a similar model eventually. For now, Samsung seems to offer the best package, but I’m not fond of its rectangular design, which makes it uncomfortable to carry in case of ultra models. On the other hand, I prefer the design of the iPhone which are easier to fit in a pocket.

In summary, both phones have their strengths and weaknesses, and much of the debate comes down to personal preference.

And yes, with the current issues with apple phones as of right now the video seems to be biased and not legit

I prefer a well mature reply for this comment as those who are glorifying the Samsung or iPhone or Xiaomi just after watching reels are not welcomed
