Important note about Volo: token doublers don't work with him! It has something to do with the way his ability is worded. He is not creating tokens, he's copying the spells as they're on the stack, and a copied permanent spell becomes a token as it resolves.

Its a subtle difference but a big one!

I think many are missing that the terrasque keeps the ward 10. It's not until end of turn nor it says "if it was cast this turn".
Some people think it's only one turn.
Still sucks that it doesn't have trample or something else.

I disagree with gretchen, she is probably the strongest legend in the set, she's just thrasios without partner, and I for one always argued that thrasios doesn't need other colors to be cEDH, maybe to be teir 0 but for sure not to be competitive in general

Tarrasque not having trample or double strike (has multi-attack in D&D) doesn't really make sense to me

Put Kaldra Compleat on that Tarasque. Woof!

Xanathar + Paradoxical Outcome + Copy Enchantment + Mirror Mage. Take control of everyones top. Orcus + Cheerios great amazing commander for Kobold builds. Or Orcus + any of the endless mana combos is insane. Minsc + double damage effects + etb flash + boo with all the fling mechanics. 💥 Volo + any card that keeps graveyard empty of the many many chances.

Jake, Joel; Minsc comes with the giant space hamster named boo! He's from baldurs gate 1 and 2 on the infinity engine and is a berserker. I love that card. Hahahaha

Volo is a great Commander to try and build around with its limitation on creature types
to copy, I think it will be a fun commander.
