Please would you do a similar to quickbooks tutorial for OmniPlan, if possible with a focus on construccion planning and execution, I think many would appreciate that since, there is no MS project for mac.

Main advantage for private individuals of 365 is if you have both Macs and PCs. For the price of 1 license you can now install Office on both (up to 5 computers, indeed not very useful for tablets for most people). operating systems without having to buy separate licenses for both.
So no need to buy Office 2011 for Mac AND 2013 for PC, just buy 365 and you get both of them.
For small businesses it can also save money in combination with Exchange Online as compared to buying an Exchange license and separate Office licenses.

Keeping documents synched between machines using Skydrive is nice, but if you already have a NAS or some other Cloud drive (think DropBox) you can as well use that and save the subscription fee.

Just a note : Office for Mac does not allow you to do Pivot charts.
