Just got it yesterday! I've always shy'd away from e5 because I was scared of variations and fried liver, but if I want to improve I need to jump into the center.

Instantly purchased - it's a no brainer! Having watched your recent vid on the Sveshnikov, can you recommend a similar opening against 1.d4? I'll be sticking to your beginner repertoires for a while (and waiting for you beginner Slav course) but I'm just starting to think ahead for when I've improved. Thanks!

I bought this course almost purely for the Schliemann since I already play e4e5 and have some really good lines but the Ruy Lopez is the particularly theory heavy opening I wasn't enjoying. Love the video and lines you gave. Would also love it if you played some blitz using this opening!

Your title of this video "...e4-e5 is out" sounds like it is passe or no longer recommended. It took a while until I figured that the course advocating e4-e5 is now available.

I'm 1900 CFC (Canadian chess federation, comparable to USCF) but have never played e5 against e4. Is this course worth it? I know it's a beginner's course but I'd consider myself a beginner at e4 e5 positions

I’ve been playing the Caro Kann since I started chess seriously a year and a half ago. I have your 1.e4 course and love it. Part if me wants to jump into 1…e5 but am reluctant to start over in my prep against 1.e4. I know you’ve knocked a bit on the Caro in the past, but in all seriousness what case would you make for sticking with the Caro or for ditching it for 1…e5? (rated around 1400 OTB for reference)
