I have created a different version of Sri Bala.

Bala the name itself describes that the goddess is who is small in age. She is the daughter or child form of Lalitha devi. The word tripura sundari means one who is the most beautiful in all the three worlds. Child form of her is said to be as Bala tripurasundari. It is ritual to worship girl child whose age is below 9 before any shakthi pooja we do.She is called as entry gate for srividya disciples, without whose blessings they wont attain salvation.

The city tripuraanthakam has some historical siginificance. It is said from shiva purana that it is the place where the demon thripurasura was killed by Lord Shiva with the aid of goddess Bala tripurasundari. Thripurasura is the combination or trinity of three demons who resides in three Asteroids and who can be killed only when the asteroids come in line in the solar system. All gods even shiva has prayed for the eternal goddess lalitha/rajarajeshwari devi to help them in killing the asuras. They have done a big yagna in the area thripuraanthakam of Andhrapradesh. Then goddess bala has been evolved from the ritual fire and she became the arrow for the bow made by lord shiva and finally shot the asuras when the asteroids come in line. After touching the demons blood arrow lost its control and started invading every thing that come in front. Then they prayed for arrow to get pacify. A goddess appeared in child form that is bala and entered the ritual fire and she became an idol. Then onwards the place is called as thripuraanthakam place where trinty of demons met their end. Goddess bala thripurasundari resides in the yagna kund as idol and her consort shiva appears as Thripuraanthakeshwara. Speciality of this temple is that temple is built on the base of Sri chakra. As per Lalitha sahasranamam the goddess will incarnate from Yagna kunda with ashes every time when gods need help for killing asuras.
