Great pool cleaner for two years. On our third year, the cleaner had issues so we contacted the company to get service within the terms of the warranty. The company has been less than responsive! They said 3 weeks ago that they would send a shipping label and box, and nothing has been done. We are going to bird dog this again, but the hose connection has now broken. Disappointing on the warranty side, but the cleaner works fantastic when running properly.

i have one like it just sit and do nothing any one knows what is wrong with it

Do not buy. They cancelled all warranty support parts and service. Tech support told me I'm SOL. Good cleaner but not worth it with no support.
