A Digital Bill of Rights at the Personal Democracy Forum

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) and Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OK) spoke at the Personal Democracy Forum in New York on June 11, 2012 to discuss their efforts in keeping the web #OPEN. Issa and Wyden have worked to create and introduce the Digital Citizen's Bill of Rights to guarantee internet freedom for individuals.
