It's no difficulty in my opinion, only because I highly doubt a nichirin sword would even damage even regular ghouls, cause the only reasons why humans in Tokyo ghoul even have a standing chance against ghouls is because of the quinques they make from the ghoul's kagune that they make weapons of, and it can damage and kill ghouls easily, while a nichirin sword would be comparable to a normal sword in any anime universe.
