That was 1974 for me in gym class. What a marvel it was to feel the a satiny piece of cloth nearly pick us up off the gym floor while sliding Bare-socked across those sacred planks of the basket ball court. That was holy ground.

Golden Age Glory Days of my childhood 😊
This was childhood life at it's peak

We used to do that exact same thing but our teachers made us stay under it.
One person died from it. The school was shut down for two whole months before the entire sports room was knocked flat.
But two months later, they decide to build another sports hall The school later shutdown due to poor service of food. The entire thing was destroyed flat. it is now a Target

I used to play this game with that thing where we would ride of scooters under it. Then we would drag kids under it with us; it was awesome.

I always loved doing the parachute in p.e. Was one of my favorite things. Brings back so many memories

Last time I remember doing that was in 3rd grade back in May 2014. It was the last day of school and it was the best. I had a friend who was always with me. We would always tell each other that when we grew up we were going to see us in WWE because we were gonna become famous. On 2020 I found him on Instagram and talked to him. He couldn’t remember and then was surprised. I lost contact again but I’ll see him one day. The last time I saw him was when I was driving by a drive thru in McDonald’s in 2020. He was riding a bike with some friends and yelled from far away: Buy me a Mcchicken lol.

I remember the shark game 😆 people would go under and we would cover our legs like a blanket, and the people underneath would grab and pull the ones above!

I loved it so much. This was all before I turned depressed and insecure. This was before I was a quiet, shy, nervous teenager. I hate it now. But! We will make the best of it! Just because your childhood is over doesn't mean your life is! 😊😔
