One of our favorite local places to hang out is downtown Palo Alto, CA. There’s a lot to offer between food and drink. Three wine bars, a tap room, multiple bars, just about w wry restaurant, and a Nobu Hotel offer a plethora of options for drinks. And just about all of them offer great food. Vino Locale is a perfect example. It’s a wine bar in an old Victorian-style house but also doubles as a restaurant. They have a full menu and it rotates monthly. They often have a themed month where they select dishes from particular countries or regions and select their wines based on those foods. They have a front patio and a backyard that are used for seating and every Tuesday they Saturday they have live music. It really is a special place to hang out. It’s off the Main Street but only a block and totally worth it.
