The reason why this doesn't work in the US and maybe also not in many other european countries is: it'd be destroyed quickly. Too many people vandalizing stuff.

This makes so much sense but, let's face it, this would be ruined within a week in the US.

A lot of these features exist even at wimpy train stations in the US. They don't normally exist for buses in most places around the world because people don't build them that way, not because Korea is in the future.
