Sorry if the audio is soft on this one, I was using the mic for an interview and forgot to set the dial back to its original level. I'll fix it for the next one.
Another short-ish video, and I'll probably stick to this length in the future. We are going to focus on implementing the "miss" animation. We've already implemented the "hit" so we don't need to worry about that, but the miss animation and its state in general does have its own quirks that we'll go through.

Great to see you're back again with a new video. I'm really excited for the next section. Good UI is something I'm a sucker for, so I'm hoping to get a grip on the fundamentals for it.

As for a Discord server. I'd say it would be nice to set one up. Then you would be able to discuss Gamemaker coding and such. That's especially useful since this feels like the only video series on YouTube that actually covers turn based combat in Gamemaker (no idea why basically no one has covered it).
