So Guard with bugle has more elaborate jacket (band member, for parades & ceremonies?)
The other has a chest full of medals (a Warrior). Both Handsome & dashing Guards.

The hats are genuine bearskin. Bears are raised for their skins. As to what is done with the carcass, I don't know.
