Thank you for sharing this. I saw another video where the guy (who happened to be a certified mechanic) cut the wires behind the couplers on the main harness and soldered heavier gauge wires on that harness. My 2013 Ram had/has this problem when driving for prolonged travel, such as a several hundred mile trip. Pretty scary and very frustrating.

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 Hemi 4x4. I bought it with aftermarket headlights and my issue is my lights stay on. I thought it was my switch inside the cab. But after watching this video i think im going to check out the wire harness. Thanks for this info. 👍 Do you happen to know if the harness you bought works with aftermarket headlights?
