Dude, cozy mysteries are where it’s at. You always know what you’re gonna get - some disagreeable person gets offed in a bakery, bookstore, coffee shop, etc. in a cute and charming town or village. My favorite is The Vampire Knitting Club series by Nancy Warren. The protagonist inherits a knitting shop in Oxford and she has two suitors - a hot, sexy vampire and a dishy police detective. The vampires bake her cookies and knit her sweaters, I mean cmon!!!

Whitney, I’ve got to say I love Jennifer Lynn Barnes books and I totally recommend that you also read her naturals series. It’s basically criminal minds for young adults. It was great I loved both of those series, I’ve almost read all of the books that she’s ever published. she has a new series that she’s working on that’s like a companion series to the inheritance games. I have yet to start the first book for that as it came out. And I also just want to add I’m so happy that you’re still making YouTube videos I love watching your YouTube videos. You’re one of the first booktuber creators I ever watched and I’ve read so many books that you’ve talked about because you talked about them.

The House of Spirits is such a compelling, terribly dark, incredible book but I'd recommend reading Paula by the author beforehand :) I want to read East of Eden too!! And Then There Were None is such a master work! My fave Christie is Roger Ackroyd's Murder but this one is second best haha! Hope you find new favourites! Happy belated birthday!!

I'm finally reading The Secret Garden after having it sit on my shelf for years and I'm loving it so far! I have this special edition with illustrations and pop-up art which makes the story extra magical :) Looking forward to hearing how you like The Little Princess.
And Then There Were None is my favourite Christie novel, I've also watched the 2015 mini series and recently a stage prodcution (which has a weirdly happy ending lol) - and since I have really shitty memory I always forget who the killer is and get to experience the reveal all over again :D (P.s. You actually get a romance in this book as well and the guy in the mini serie was pretty hot :D)
