so here's my problem. My PS5 has been crashing every time I loaded a ps4 game, and about 1 hour after loading a ps5 game. I did EVERY possible solution, but it persists. Is there another solution, or can it just be strung up to the fact that sony doesnt care about the people who own a ps5 already, and only care about getting other people to buy one?

**Update: okay it’s been more than 8 days and my ps5 working fine for now.

So what i did is:

1. Opened and cleaned my ps5 from inside (specially the fan area)

2. I remembered that my ps5 started to freeze a lot when I played a certain game and it was GTA 5 disc version, So I deleted it and removed the disc.

3. Did a rebuild database.

4. Re-installed the game.

Now I don’t have any freezing issue so far it’s been 8 days

Got a PS5 of eBay a few days ago without checking the description properly and I discovered that the seller said something about it having a freezing problem. Hoping something like this fixes it when I get it and it's not something worse that ruins my experience with the new console

Has anyone else’s PS5 just randomly shut off on its own? I just bought it brand knew 12 days ago and it turned itself off randomly. It has perfect air flow and is in a cool room. When I turned it on it said a problem occurred in PS5 the last time it was used but all I did was launch a game and have Spotify playing.
