The FPC needs its own individual swing for each pad. It would allow so much more control over each sound.

I switched from MPC beats to FL maybe 6 months ago as my progression and demand from a DAW grew. Chopping samples has always felt clunky and there didn't seem to be a good catch all video of a nice workflow for chopping right to pads on the FPC - especially linked with my MPK Mini II. I saw a similar drag and drop method using Edison (If I'm remembering correctly) but your video makes it seem even quicker by using slice-x AND I got the bonus nugget of configuring the typing keyboard to the FPC - HUGE THANK YOU FOR THAT! I love setting up all my toys but have been very productive in getting more songs done by just having the laptop and headphones and switching to the typing keyboard. Auto chop markers from a stretched sample!?

All of this is to say thank you for sharing the knowledge that allows all of us to be a bit more productive in learning a new program and expressing our creativity. I am happy to subscribe and continue learning from you!

FPC sample cut off tip, in the top right hand, you can set the cut/cut by like how you do in the channel rack (808s for example) 7:05, but the envelope way works just the same it seems lol

hey, very random question but it would mean a lot if you could help. My microphone isn't registering high or even medium to high notes on Logic Pro. I tried using a different mic and a different software (Garage band) but it's still not working. My microphone is only capturing low and medium frequencies and when I reach a higher note on the mic it seems to stop receiving signal (not on the interface but on the software). Any idea why that could be?
