Bread 🍞 Brie Sprice Pumpkin
Ingredients:-

Bread Brie Sprice Pumpkin Bowl: •12oz wheel of brie (2 small brie wheels if necessary) •1 round French country bread loaf • 1tbsp olive oil • 1/3 cup pumpkin jam .1 tsp fresh ground pepper • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice Candied Walnuts

Method:-
1. Cut your brie into 1-inch cubes & combine with all ingredients except the bread, nuts & olive oil.
2. Carve out the center of the loaf to create a bowl in the bread making sure not to poke through the bottom of the bread. Cut the extra bread into slice & toast with the bowl for dipping.
3. Drizzle the inside of the bread with olive oil then add the brie mixture to the bowl you carved out.
4. Bake at 425F for 5-10 minutes until the brie is melty & golden then top with crushed candied walnuts.
5. Serve hot.

Whipped Ricotta with Pumpkin Spice
Ingredients:-

Whipped Ricotta with Pumpkin Spice: • 16oz of Whole milk ricotta • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened) • 1 tsp of pumpkin spice • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon .1 tsp of maple syrup + an extra drizzle before serving • Sprinkle of flakey salt.

Method:-
1. Add the ricotta to a food processor and blend for about a minute while adding olive oil to create a smooth, whipped texture 2. Add in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice cinnamon, and maple syrup and blend until well combined 3. Add to a serving bowl and top with a little more maple syrup and flakey salt! 4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until.
