I agree with what your saying about the celebrations. I feel like the FIFA celebrations are not very realistic compared to pes. They're kind of a bit over the top like the spinning around one or sipping the tea.

Been playing modded PES and FM above FIFA Career Mode for about 3 years now, never looked back - much more immersive, realistic and content-filled.

Fifer realism mod now has a complete broadcast package for national career modes like Italy, Spain Germany package, so good to have scoreboards for all comps

Pes had Ultimate potential but blew it all

Big fan of Pes, but yeah it's not really casual-friendly, or hard to recommend to someone because straight out of the box the game is so bare. The only good thing about Pes is the simulation-like gameplay (even more so when you play in Full Manual or Fuma), to get the full experience you'd have to install mods and stuffs which is time consuming, and then you would also need to learn every mechanic of the game, the tactic, advanced instruction, player id, players' playing style, players' inspire, and all that stuff in order to get the most out of the gameplay. It's great thing if you have the time but sadly it is a bad thing for casual players. Not to mention it's enjoyable only in offline mode, and don't get me started on the Commentary that has been recycled since Pes 17 (I guess?).

Fifa on the other hand, provide a great casual gameplay and everything is included in the game, you can literally enjoy the game straight out of the box. Fifa got more depth in Career mode, heck even Fifa 14 career mode have more interesting features compared to Pes 21 both the manager and the player CM.

So I guess it's pointless to argue which one is better, it's more to which one do you prefer or what type of footballing game experience are you looking for. Personally I enjoy both games, Fifa with my friends, Pes when I play alone.

It's nice to see Fifa youtuber like you showing Fifa fans what Pes is about. Sadly, Konami decided to throw away the great foundation (Gameplay, players' id and stuff) and made e-football 22 that will carter to mobile players, and seems to lean on the casual-arcady style of gameplay for the sake of online community.

Since PES 2013 was the day I never went back to fifa! Pes does a really great job of making the dribbling feel authentic and not like you're just skating on grass like fifa. You actually have to think about how to beat a defender on pes

The whole point of a simulation game is to give you an experience similar to that in real life Fifa has lagged behind in that department in the last years.

Gameplay and Graphicswise pes is the best game. When efootball 22 reach its full potential Fifa cant even compare with this.. I was started fifa on 2007... and played through fifa 2010.. But i dont like fifa 10.. Then i started playing PES... Its makes me wonder and even realistic experience ..then i never turned back on fifa.. still playing pes 21.. also waiting for efootball full version

Vizeh, I used to be a FIFA lover like you back in the day and actually used to play PES; I think 2010 or 11, I can't remember tbh. One day I thought to myself why not watch videos of PES games as FIFA just was so scripted and I would constantly rage at the game while not having fun and the very first video I watched was PES 2019 that TheTrueBrits uploaded, and I immediately fell in love with the game; so much so that I decided to get PES 2018 and that game was insane.... the "next gen" graphics that that game had on the PS4 and Xbox (maybe not like FIFA's one but you know what I mean) were really beautiful to look at, one game I remember playing in the Signal Iduna Park, the fans, the atmosphere, the ambience that the game provided you with is, no doubt, the most underrated football game out there; then I bought PES 2016, PES 2019 and lastly managed to buy PES 2021 on steam before they would remove the game off the steam store and I am sooo glad I bought it... Not only this game can run on my average gaming PC at around 30 to 40 fps but I could finally download the mods that make this game what it justifiably deserves to be; a realistic football game with nowhere near the level of scripting as FIFA's and to any raging FIFA players playing this depressing game; get PES like me, you'll realise the things you wanted in a good football game that you missed.

persnally PS5 graphics and pro close up camera on career mode on fifa is pretty realistic

One thing I love about pes is the when you score, it just feels so fuckin good. The shot animation and body position and the difficulty of actually pulling off a great shot just leads up to that. I'm retarded so skills moves just seem horrid control set up . I hate it lol everything else is great

The story is like PES is ADIDAS and FIFA is NIKE. As Adidas looks at the quality and Nike mostly looks at the marketing

I can’t understand why this game doesn’t exist today. It’s the best game of football I ever played and the community do the rest. FC its very fun but it needs pausa and more heavier and efootball needs graphics and details, its similar but its like the mobile version of that. I hope that UFL fix this, FC go more for the realism and Efootball do a next gen game finally.
