Might seem like a lot of food or a little food depending on what you're used to, but this is pretty close to what I'll eat in a given day.

A LOT of protein, 317 Grams here and from a lot of different sources: elk, cow, turkey, protein powder, yogurt.

One thing will always remain true: low sugar, good carbs only and high protein. Follow this diet alongside weightlifting and a lot of sleep + drinking water frequently and you'll feel better than you could've ever imagined. It was very educational for me personally. I also do pull-ups, abdominal exercise, squats, push-ups, and running every day, much less than you. And you inspired me! a few months ago i saw your video 1000 pull ups every day - it amazed me, but only yesterday I found your channel

But now I understand why it is so hard for me, I eat several times less food than you. I'm just curious, how much do you spend on food per month? (And your video where you carry a deer or elk is Great O_O! I want to learn how to hunt too. I grew up reading Jack London's books, Alaska is in my heart)

Hey brother what are your thoughts on training to muscular failure ? You seem to do sub max reps for pull ups and push ups...is that still going to build muscle as good as taking reps to failure ?
